This Day in Hollywood

This amazing series of short vignettes on the legends and lore of Hollywood was produced for Tom Ashley of Ashley Entertainment.

The 366 segments combined stock footage, stills and original artwork. The series was written and supervised by Mark Durand of "This Week in Baseball" and ESPN fame.A unique piece was made for each calendar date. For example, May 6th was Orson Welles'birthday, so a piece would be devoted to an aspect of his life.

This series aired around the world from 1988 through 1995.
